1. Information We Collect

Personal Information: We collect your email address during signup. If you make a purchase or submit a product, we additionally collect your name, payment information, and relevant social profile links (e.g., X/Twitter, LinkedIn). You may optionally upload a profile picture.

Non-Personal Information: We use web cookies to collect non-personal usage data to improve your experience on the platform.

Analytics: We use cookies and tracking technologies to understand how users interact with Noon Launch and to support our marketing efforts. We implement appropriate consent mechanisms in accordance with applicable privacy laws and obtain explicit consent where required by local regulations.

Product Interaction: We track when users visit product websites linked from Noon Launch for functional and analytical purposes.

2. Purpose of Data Collection

We collect your information to process submissions, handle transactions, personalize your experience, and provide you with the best service possible on the platform.

3. Data Sharing

We do not sell or share your personal information with any third parties.

4. Google User Data

Noon Launch uses Google services in two ways, and this section describes exactly what we access, how we use it, and how you remove it.

Sign-in with Google: When you sign in, we receive your name, email address, Google account ID, and profile picture. We use this only to create and operate your Noon Launch account. We do not receive or store your Google password.

Optional analytics connections: If you choose to connect Google Search Console or Google Analytics to a product listing, we request read-only access and retrieve only aggregated traffic metrics for the property you select (such as clicks, impressions, and active users). We do not access your email, files, contacts, or any other Google data. The OAuth tokens for these connections are stored encrypted and are used solely to fetch the metrics you asked to display.

Limited Use disclosure: Noon Launch's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We do not sell Google user data, use it for advertising, or allow humans to read it except with your consent, for security purposes, or where required by law.

5. How We Protect Your Data

All data is transmitted between your browser and Noon Launch over encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS). Sensitive credentials, including the OAuth tokens for any Google connection you make, are stored encrypted at rest. Access to production data is restricted to the platform's operators and used only to run the service. Authentication is handled by Google sign-in, so we never store account passwords, and payments are processed by our payment provider, so full card details never reach our servers.

6. Data Retention and Deletion

Retention: We retain your account data, including data received from Google, for as long as your account is active. Metrics imported from a connected Google Search Console or Analytics property are retained until you disconnect that property or delete your account.

Deletion, at any time and in any of three ways:

1. Delete your account from your account settings. This permanently deletes your profile and the personal data associated with it, including all data we received from Google.

2. Disconnect a Google property from your product's settings. This removes the stored OAuth token and stops all further access. You can also revoke Noon Launch's access directly in your Google Account permissions.

3. Email us at support@noonlaunch.com and we will delete your data manually within 30 days.

7. Children's Privacy

Noon Launch is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect data from anyone under the age of 13.

8. Updates to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be reflected by updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. Significant changes will also be communicated via email.
