I built Bookmash because I had plenty of bookmarks already — I didn't want another service that asked me to import them somewhere else. Bookmash works on top of the bookmarks already in Chrome or Firefox, keeping the browser as the source of truth. If you try it, I'd especially love to know: is finding an old bookmark noticeably easier? That's the problem I most want Bookmash to solve.

Your browser stays the source of truth. Search across your bookmarks as you type, browse folders in a cleaner interface, organize links with Collections and MyMash, and switch between grid and list views. Changes made in Bookmash are reflected in your native browser bookmarks, so if you stop using Bookmash, your bookmarks stay exactly where they belong.
