SavePoint
Powerful software for managing 24/7 live channels
Hi everyone. SavePoint is a desktop app for running a 24/7 online broadcast station on your own hardware, not a queue-based music bot. Build a weekly schedule, drop in segments and rotations, hand live blocks to co-hosts over RTMP, and simulcast to Discord, YouTube, Twitch, Kick, and Mixcloud from one place. Free to download and broadcast locally or over m3u; a license unlocks simulcast. Feedback welcome from anyone running a Discord music channel, creator broadcast, or community station.
What has shipped since
2 updates, latest 4 weeks agoChoose the audio bitrate your Discord bot sends, from 64 kbps up to 384 kbps on boosted servers, and change it mid-broadcast without the bot dropping. Audio-only stations now play one continuous stream, so live mic sessions carry across track changes and Discord no longer goes silent or repeats audio between tracks. Every new pre-render is played through and checked before it goes on air, and a new Verify Renders tool scans the videos you already have. Also new: a restart prompt when you change Output Mode during a live broadcast, a reorganized Station Settings tab, and fixes for Discord reconnects, 9:16 exports and media card menus, all in nine interface languages. Since launch day, the big addition is YouTube publishing. Design one look for a release, render every track as a video, cut a 9:16 vertical version of the single, and export a whole album as one continuous video. Upload tracks straight to your channel, with the album's tracklist written into the YouTube playlist. Also new: layer groups and sub-clips in the components editor, Substack Live as a channel, Direct Stream Access for sharing your live audio over HLS, retry-on-schedule when a channel drops, searchable favorites, and all nine interface languages.
