Prateek Rawat Maker Pinned on this launch

I built Unhogged alone because Activity Monitor shows 900 processes and never says which one is the problem. It opens with a verdict: one sentence about your Mac and one button to fix it, previewed first and measured after. It also attributes Claude Code, Codex and Cursor sessions to their project, frees busy ports and names the app behind every chart peak. Try it when your Mac feels slow. I would love to hear which insight was wrong or noisy on your Mac.

About Unhogged

Unhogged is a native macOS menu bar activity monitor that leads with a verdict, not a dashboard: one sentence on how your Mac is doing and the one fix worth making, like "Free 1.2 GB safely". It folds ~900 processes into the apps they belong to, tracks Claude Code, Codex, Cursor and Ollama sessions by project, answers "what's on :3000?", reads every thermal sensor and keeps 30 days of history. Every fix is previewed, then measured. No account, no analytics, no root helper. For developers and power users who outgrew Activity Monitor, iStat Menus and Stats.
